“Anis Meating” the event fully enjoying meat is held monthly in the restaurant Anis.
Chef Shimizu has experienced an apprenticeship at a three star restaurant in Paris and is also exclusive Chef in Japan to embody the techniques to perform the best temperature in the cookery of meat. The Chef will cook each meat carefully according to cuts and parts over Anis’ unique fire place. Enjoy the special course particularly chosen only meats and ten seating are available at the counter for you to keep casual company with the Chef close by.
